if you are not planning for a custom booth, you can just bring in banners, flyers, and business cards early in the morning on the day of the event.
To ensure a smooth transition for all parties involved, we kindly ask that exhibitors commence dismantling from 5 pm on the event's closing day. Our team will be present to guide and assist as needed.
Certainly. If you prefer using your crew for setup and dismantling, they are welcome. However, they must adhere to the venue's safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a seamless experience for all exhibitors.

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your booth reservation, ensure you do so by October 15th, 2024 for a full refund. Cancellations after this period may be subject to certain fees.
