Marietjie MacMillan is a financial executive and entrepreneur with over two decades of leadership experience, including more than 15 years at the VP and CFO level. As Founder and CEO of MacMillan Consulting, she has built a firm dedicated to delivering world-class financial leadership to founder-led SMEs across Canada and the United States — without the cost of a full-time hire. Her career spans government, non-profit, manufacturing, and highly regulated industries. Prior to founding MacMillan Consulting, Marietjie served as Acting Chief Financial Officer at BC Liquor Distribution Branch, where she led enterprise-wide strategic planning and managed alignment across government, regulatory, and industry stakeholders. She also served as CFO and Corporate Secretary at Financial Executives International Canada (FEI Canada), overseeing finance, IT, HR, and membership strategy at the national level.
