Jenny Jiang, CPA, CA, is Vice President of Finance at Serruya Private Equity (SPE), a Toronto family investment group with investments across food, retail and real estate, including global brands such as Yogen Früz, Pinkberry, Bonchon and The Body Shop Canada. She oversees the group's supporting functions, including finance, HR and IT. Since joining SPE in 2023, she has rebuilt the finance team as the group grew to more than 1,200 employees, and is now leading its AI transformation and move to automated, data-driven operations, including new ERP and HR systems. Her focus is practical technology that frees small teams from routine work. Prior to SPE, she was Senior Director of Finance at Tennis Canada.
